Where do you ship your products from?

ELEGOO utilizes local warehouses in the US, EU, UK, Canada, Australia, and Japan to ensure the fastest possible delivery times and minimize import duties for our customers.

What is the standard warranty policy for 3D printers?

We provide a 1-year limited warranty on the entire printer and a 6-month warranty on consumable parts such as the LCD screen and FEP film.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed for shipping. Please contact our support team immediately for assistance.

Which payment methods do you accept?
