Return Process

  Initiate a Return Request

  Contact our customer support team via the official service email with your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging.

  Receive Return Authorization

  Once your request is approved, our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific return warehouse address.

  Securely Package Your Item

  Pack the product in its original ELEGOO box including all accessories, manuals, and tools to prevent damage during transit.

  Inspection and Refund

  After our technicians inspect the returned unit, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 7 to 10 business days.
